The purpose is to evoke debate and the sharing of ideas on the various contents, bibliographies, pedagogical methods and other aspects involved in the teaching of:

  • Methodological aspects concerning development studies

Agreements have already been signed with the Union of Latin American Universities (UDUAL) and the Association of Universities of the Montevideo Group (AUGM), with a view to pursuing exchanges between ECLAC and Latin American universities in this thematic area.

This activity will be carried out as part of the "Prebisch Project", with the special support of the Latin American and Caribbean Institute for Economic and Social Planning (ILPES), which was specifically conceived and created to pursue activities of this kind.

This section will serve to describe programmes of study and bibliographical references, to announce and promote meetings, to organize debates and to encourage classroom, distance and hybrid courses, with a view to making maximum use of the possibilities offered by virtual instruction.
